What should you book first?
Book your RV and your campgrounds at the same time, as early as you can — the campground, not the RV, is what sells out.
Parks Canada reservations open in mid-January for the whole season, and Banff's marquee RV campgrounds — Tunnel Mountain and especially Two Jack Lakeside — can sell their peak July and August dates within minutes. Match your RV to the campground that fits its length, then book both together.

Banff frontcountry campsites cost $30.50 (unserviced), $36.00 (electrical) or $47.25 (full hookup) per night in 2026. From June 19 to September 7, 2026, park admission is free and camping is 25% off under the Canada Strong Pass.
