These terms apply when you use the Panda Scenery website and when you request a quote or book an RV rental with us. By using our site or services, you agree to these terms.

Please note: these Terms are a general template. The binding rental contract for your RV is issued by CanaDream and includes its own detailed terms. We recommend legal review before publishing.

1. About us

Panda Scenery Vacations Ltd. is a Calgary, Alberta–based RV rental agency and an authorized CanaDream booking partner (IATA Accredited Agent #96183721). We help you choose and book an RV from the CanaDream fleet. The vehicle rental itself is provided by CanaDream under its rental agreement.

2. Quotes and bookings

• A quote request submitted through our website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking.
• A booking is only confirmed once we (or CanaDream) issue a written confirmation and any required deposit is received.
• Availability is not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed.

3. Pricing

• All nightly rates shown on our website are starting prices, not fixed quotes.
• RVs are in high demand and prices rise during peak season (typically July–August) and vary by travel dates, mileage, vehicle, and add-ons.
• Your final price is confirmed in your personalized written quote, including the inclusions stated at the time of quoting (for example, kilometres per night).

4. Payment

Deposit and payment terms, accepted methods, and schedules are set out in your booking confirmation and the CanaDream rental agreement. Bookings are subject to those payment terms.

5. Driver and licence requirements

• Drivers must hold a valid, full driver's licence for the rental period (an International Driving Permit may be required for some non-English/French licences).
• Minimum age and additional-driver requirements are set by CanaDream and stated in the rental agreement.

6. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy in your booking confirmation and the CanaDream rental agreement. Fees may apply depending on timing. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

7. Use of the RV

You agree to use the RV responsibly and in accordance with the CanaDream rental agreement, including rules on permitted areas, road conditions, pets, smoking, and return condition. You are responsible for the vehicle during your rental period as set out in that agreement.

8. Liability and insurance

Insurance coverage, liability-reduction options, and your responsibilities are detailed in the CanaDream rental agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panda Scenery's role is limited to arranging your booking; the rental, vehicle condition, and on-road support are provided by CanaDream under its terms.

9. Website content & intellectual property

The content, design, and branding on this website are owned by or licensed to Panda Scenery and may not be copied or reused without permission. Vehicle images and specifications are provided for general reference and may differ from the specific vehicle supplied.

10. Third-party services

Your RV rental is subject to CanaDream's terms and conditions. Where our site links to third parties, those services have their own terms and policies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Alberta.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, which applies to enquiries and bookings made after that date.
